I have a 01 single cab with the billy 5100s and want to install a 1.5 inch body lift so i can fit 33s. Right now im running 265/75/16 with the stock uca's and my alignment is within the spec. If i upgrade to the 33/12.5/15 will i need adjustable uca's even tho I'm not going any higher with the suspension?

going with a bigger tire wont affect alignment or suspension lift. 33s will fit without the body lift with mild trimming.

Yeah a body lift has absolutely no bearing on suspension components, regardless of tire size.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is will they be able to get the camber within the spec if i get a wider tire with out the adjustable uca's

Yes, no issue on that at all.
Usually the rule on getting uni ball uca's to get alignment in spec when you get up to a true full three inches of suspension lift. (Excluding a drop bracket lift, cause with that setup the suspension is still in its stock "geometry")

Quick question if I add 33s do I need to regear I want to go to a 4inch lift and add 285/65r18 or 33x12.5r20 I like the 33s but not sure if my truck will still run good also not sure if to do 4inch all around or do 5-6inch in the front and 4inch in the rear

Yes you'll need to re-gear. If not, the acceleration you once had will be but a memory.
I went from OEM 265-70-16's to 285-75-16's. My gear ratio is now 5.29's.
I have the 2.7 motor and an auto trans. All works well.

To set the speedo, I used a Dakota Digital device to get it right on the money.

    Hope this helps you.

What gears you think I would need to get and I got. A V6 4.0 that wouldn't be able to handle it? Just want to make sure.. cuz i want to go bulkier also 305/55r20s r another choice I have there in the middle of the 285s n 33x12.5

I suggest more research on your part.
I have an '03... going with 285's I needed a 1/2" spacer to clear to uni-ball on my UCA. No cutting or pinch weld mod.
For your year, I can tell you there will be some cab mount mod's made to clear the 285's. For 305's, I'm sure there will be that mod and more.

    Hope this helps you.
