Does anyone know if the TRD Suspension is higher than the stock? What's the largest tire I could fit without doing the cut on my TRD suspension?

265/75/16 or 265/70/17 depending on if you have a TRD OR or TRD Sport. If you get a "beefier" tire in that size though it they may rub on the front mud flaps on full turns.

How much does the cut add? What size could I run with it?

Without lifting what I posted is largest. With a 3" or so lift and some trimming/cutting you can fit a 285 wide tire.
