I am wanting some BFG KO2's but I am having trouble with sizing. I have looked everywhere and can't find the information I'm looking for. My original idea was to put 265/70/r17 on the truck when I do the lift. I was wanting a slightly taller and wider tire but I don't know if it will work well with the factory wheels. I will not be getting new UCA's so my biggest concern is rubbing because of the tire width. I did check the specs from the BFG website and the 275 is only 0.4" wider than the 265. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

275 will be hit or miss rubbing the uca's. I think they only come in E load also, which may not bother you. I have 265's in c load and have been happy with them other than balancing issues.

The 275/70/17 KO2 rubbed on my UCA. So I slapped on some 1.25" wheel spacers and it no longer rubbed on the UCA. But then it rubbed at full turn on the front mud flaps that I removed.

How tall of a lift are you planning on? You may have to replace the stock UCA

    VVT-i just kicked in yo!
If you are lifting 3" it is a good idea to replace the factory UCAs. You will probably have rubbing and/or alignment issues if you don't.

Just 3 inches. Don't really have the cash to spend on new UCAs. I'm getting the rough country 3 inch lift but I'm going with the option of the lifted front struts instead of the spacers for lift. It costs about $200 more but probably worth it. Going with 265/70/17 is fine with me. I just wanted something slightly larger.

I'm getting 285/70/17s for mine but I'm also switching out the wheels with .-12 offset with 4.5 backspace so I'll clear 33's

Zredwards, is it just me or is your truck sitting a bit nose high?

Yes. That is something that I worry about when I get my lift considering it's the same brand. Although I am going to get the kit with the lifted struts instead of the spacers.

Yeah understand I prefer a higher front anyways since I'm bout to wrap that around 33's but it also could just be my driveway

I gotcha. My truck looks all wonky depending on how and where I'm parked even with the stock suspension.
