I'm planning on putting a 3in suspension lift on my 01 double cab with new 285/75/16's. Does anybody know if I can run these without any problems on my stock 16X7's? I'm eventually going to get 16X8's but I would like to get my project going without having to wait. I was planning on blacking out the stock wheels while I'm saving up the extra funds.:(

I'm fairly certain your gonna need wheel spacers to run 285s on stock wheels. Its that way with the 2nd gens.

How about the 7in width? Don't want to pop a bead.
