Just picked my truck up Tuesday night. I’m not super worried about doing things for looks like the PRO grill, blackouts, etc. I’ll save that stuff for down the road. Im focused on having it be more offroad capable as soon as possible. Snow season is starting soon and I’ll be making plenty of trips to the mountain.

    Priority list:
Definitely tires (KO2’s) and possibly wheels (Undecided)
Bumper (Undecided) and winch (Warn Zeon 10)
    Compressor setup
    Roof rack? (Prinsu)

I’m plenty happy with the OEM LED’s as far as lighting and the look of the truck really doesn’t bother me.

What did I miss? Suggestions? Opinions?

Congrats on finally picking her up! Those are not the factory LED headlights and foglights, just LED daytime running lights, but I wouldn't mess with them if you are fine with them. Biggest thing you mentioned will be tires I would look at other options besides KO2s I ran them on my 16 and 17 in NJ snowmageddon, etc. not a fan and only E rated in stock or 265/75 size, where you can get Nitto RGs or Falkens in an SL / XL and my Nittos on my 19 did way better in Chicago winter this year. I'd consider flaps and or some sliders as well. I know some people hate the looks of flaps, but after running a few of my trucks without, you're better off running them unless you can't due to larger tires, etc.
