    To ALL,

Less then a week after becoming part of the Tacoma World Family and posting my rig on the Welcome board, it was stolen from my apartment parking lot, where the perpitrator crawled onto my balcony, broke into my home, grabbed my keys, and left with my vehicle. All while my son and I were asleep at home. I am incredibly thankful we were not injured.

I am asking if everyone could keep an eye out for the sale of either a 2005 White Tacoma TRD Off-Road pkg, and or any of the following high value parts:

    1) Pelfreybilt Aluminum Front bumper w/ Named fair-lead
    2) All-Pro Offroad Aluminum Skid Plate
    3) KB Voodoo - Max Modular 18" Aluminum Rack
    4) Prinzu CABRAC with 40" single row Light bar
    5) Roll and Lock - aluminum roll deck for 5' bed
    6) All-Pro 3.5" Lift w/ FOX DSC 2.5 and Expedition rear Leaf Pack

Theses may be sold individually, or as a kit, or the truck may be either sold as-is..... Or in Mexico?

Please let me know if you see this truck floating around your respective regions, no point in removing the License plate numberimage0 (1).jpg image0.jpg .

    Thank you for the help

I’ll move this to the Texas sub forum and sticky it so it stays at the top.

If any of the parts come up for sale I’ll definitely be sure to ask for a discount. Jk sorry to hear about it. Boss just had his truck stolen a couple weeks ago in Salt Lake City. Was really surprised how little law enforcement actually does as far as any type of recovery.

This is likely someone in your apt complex that is associated with this theft. There is no way a random thief would know exactly where the owner lives in an apt complex. Sorry for your loss and hope it gets recovered intact.

Sucks man. I’ll keep a eye out for the truck plus I’m always on Craigslist/marketplace so if some of the parts come up I’ll holler. Thanks for the heads up @Pyrotech

    @ChadsPride @CaptAmerica @ryanbitt

seems premeditated so doubt the trucks in Mexico

Sorry to hear about your truck. Fingers crossed you get it back.
I would say almost 100% the perp is either someone you know or someone who’s been in your apartment for some reason such as a repairman, a delivery person, etc. Otherwise how would someone know what apartment owned the truck, that the keys would be laying around and not in your pocket. If they took other things then it may be that they just happened across the keys and figured out what Toyota they fit. Think hard about anyone who has been in your place over the last couple months. Often incidents like yours are not random, the scum that do that have some information about you.

They don't have the staffing to really do a great job at anything right now sadly. The last year has been super rough on the staffing roster for SLC based agencies for a number of reasons.

Did a search within a 200 mile radius of Austin on Craigslist and didn't see anything. Some ought to scour Facebook Marketplace. Seems that's the place for shady business these days.

I would agree with you usually, except it is a small 6 unit apt. But anything is possible. Just trying to get some pictures out, in the hopes someone will notice the truck, or some parts. Pelfreybilt bumpers don't come n the market to often

Already did and nothing came up. I gave a pic of the truck to our 10 field guys who spend all day driving around town. Off chance but who knows maybe they spot it
