You wouldn't happen to have a Pelfreybily front bumper for sale, would you?

All kidding aside, that's madness that people would come up and steal a bumper.

Sounds like engineers and aftermarket manufacturers need to come up with better solutions than grade 8 hardware *sigh*

When did you add your @4x4erik disclaimer?:rofl:

That's very mature of you, but wouldn't you rather have your disclaimer say "I'm right, you're wrong, this is Tacoma World, the sky is purple, and Manbearpig is real. Get over it."

Turns out anything you can put on with tools you can take off with tools, and maybe faster. Sucks, OP.

California doesn't have any more or less shitty people per capita than anywhere else, it just has a lot of goddamn people so you get more shitlords by default.

Fender and hood are fucked for this dude. Thief should have stolen an adjustable wrench instead of a crowbar. I’ll keep an eye out OP.

CA is actually ranked the 15th (out of 50 states, and D.C.) for crime rates. The rates are the number of reported offenses per 100,000 of the population. So CA DOES have more shitty people per capita, if you're talking criminals than the remaining 35 states. Just facts.

Last year I saw the same technique used to steal a tiara light bar off a guys roof while he was out hunting. Absolutely destroyed the roof of his truck for a cheap Amazon lightbar.

Sure, though that's violent crime whereas this is property crime - in property crime CA is 22nd, still above the median state. It turns out, however, that "shitty person" != "convicted criminal". The gentleman in question here, for example, will likely continue about his business with his new bumper without being convicted of anything, and yet is still undeniably an asshole.

Bottom line: No place has a monopoly on thieving idiot shitheads. Sadly. And apparently some of them drive Tacomas.

That would only come into play if the OP updated his coverage to include the bumper in his policy.
