    People who parked their vehicles outside need some sort of a motion detecting notification system. Just getting video of people stealing things doesn't really do much. People are wearing hats and there's never very good footage. Not enough to identify someone anyway. It would be nice to have a notification wake you up at 2 a.m. when your sleeping and you can go out and get them in the act.
