Storage organization for 1st gen double cab areas?

We have started using our double cab for road trips and I am trying to figure out clever storage and organization ideas. Looking at the Molle panel for the ceiling above back seat though not sure what kind of bags to put on it. Also looking at behind the back seat for stuff we don’t need often. We are putting 3 small kids in the back seat so the back of the front seats is basically out. Anyone figure anything else clever out? Anyone use blue ridge overland gear stuff or anything to maximize what you can store. Need ways to keep the kids entertained and also not forget essentials that we can just keep in the cab all the time. Bonus points for a good hand gun holster idea. Thanks!

 

Blue Ridge Overland is crazy overpriced for what it is imo. The bottom compartment in the center console makes a great gun compartment, outta sight outta mind. Id look on Amazon for cheaper molle pouches before you overpay for something that does the same thing. Also check gun shows for surplus pouches on the cheap.
