    Search YouTube for ontrac... Plenty of security cameras catching them doing sketchy stuff.

    My biggest gripe is the fact that a year or two ago, they had 100% negative reviews on BBB and an F- rating... Prior to Amazon using them.

    When Amazon started using them, they continue to have 100% negative ratings, but now are an accredited BBB company (that either has an A rating or no rating, just accredited depending on what location you look at). One can draw their own conclusions to what happened there.
