Safe to mix and compatible with Toyota.

My search came up with NOTHING. So just checking

    Thanks

I am not sure just what your trying to ask

Most all coolants come in the undiluted or the premixed in your part of the world maybe no one stocks the undiluted because it never sells no one wants to bother mixing there own coolant.

I just use the Toyota Red and mix it myself

Just curious why you don`t care for the premixed I think to use for topping off when needed it would work just fine.

I pretty much mix a few gallons at a time of close to a 50/50 mix

Now last I bought the price of the premixed is not all that much cheaper so the full strength is a better buy but most often when I need coolant I need it now now a week from Now!!

    ^^^

    Good question.

Reason for wanting the straight antifreeze is I do not want to drain the distilled water left in the block after flushing few times.

So by having straight antifreeze, i can mix it myself and compensate for the water left in the block to have the desired mix.

    Thanks

You can get full strength antifreeze that is compatible with your truck pretty much anywhere that sells automotive parts and supplies.

AutoZone, O'Reilly, Napa, walmart, dealership, etc.

It might not be stocked on that Little Island he lives on.

Because it does not sell because most people might not even know how to open the hood let alone mix coolant

    True

Not know how to change flat tires as well. I have helped many change flats.

I found this which is straight, is it compatible for 2004 Tacoma ?

The little Island is having less and less MAKERS.

And more and more TAKERS coming in.

And the makers are moving on and out when they retire.......as they should.

If you're going to try to mix it yourself make sure you get one of the little tester thingies. Max cooling and max freeze protection comes about in the correct ratios. If your ratio is off you'll lose degrees in either direction. To mix it in the truck you'll have to drain as much as you can (assuming you measure what comes out) so you know how much is left and adjust accordingly. If you just dump a bunch of water out you'll need to take your best guess, run it for a while, test it, dump out some more (unless you got lucky) add in either coolant or water depending, run it again for a while, test again etc etc etc.

Full drain + 50/50 will get you closer faster. But you should be able to eyeball it fairly close.

Is it true that you MUST only use pink antifreeze in toyota vehicles?

Ive seen green antifreeze that says it works for all makes and models...

It does not have to be Red or pink as long as it is suitable for aluminum

No Silicates they don`t play well with Aluminum water pumps

There is Green Coolant in my older Toyota Engines
