Going to way too much trouble. Synthetic muffler bearings imported from Japan will give you that sound profile.

I have not, I will admit the TRD doesn't sound half bad. I was more reffering to cutting the exhaust off.

In comparison to the URD set up, the TRD sounds like straight poop. You'd be pleasantly surprised if you ever hear it. Agreed about straight pipes though.

been there did that on my 1980 KZ750 LTD with a Supertrapp exhaust system with no baffle plates installed back in my youth

I enjoy a quiet ride in my DD taco in my old age

My 95 F350 has a 4in straight pipe but the turbo kills off most of the noise

How many times do you see a mustang try to put his foot down with those stupid pipes and you pace him with mid throttle? He makes all kinds of noise and doesn’t go anywhere.

Hopefully he went to go pull those wheels off his truck and throw them in a car compactor.

Listen man, you're probably the same age I am give or take a few...I'm 19 and I know you probably aint far behind me...you've got a hell of a truck honestly probably one of the best and most reliable on the road..i learned don't cut corners with these trucks and take the easy route or the cheap route, put a good exhaust on. one that's not overbearingly loud cause trust me...no ones wants to hear a v6 ricecooker coming down the street but a little mellow growl sounds nice...not trying to bust your balls here but I'm just saying buddy. same goes with rims and tires get some nice rims with a good offset and you will be set, get a good tire that suits your needs don't get something to impress everyone else cause in the end "its your truck"

Isn’t there like a suicide hotline for bad truck mods? If not there should be. Or somebody can host an intervention.
