strang noise from under the truck bed

    3" lift. 33" tires. Headlight Retro, intake, exhaust
    i was outside walking by the truck and heard wierd noise coming from under the bed. almost sounded like fuel pump was running. i got flashlight and tried to locate sourse but noise was gone as soon as i started looking what was it. anybody else had that happen?
    i started the truck right after and it was fine

    Billies adjustable @ 1.75 in front with 1.5 blocks in rear. 1.5 wheel spacers Westin bull bar,side steps. Under cover tonneau cover with Reese cargo rack mounted on top of it. Charcoal airfilter removed and K and N air filter installed Blacked out factory wheels and rear bumper
    Smog pump. I believe it comes on around 5 hrs after the truck is turned off. Mine does it all the time. Freaked me out though the first time I heard it!
