I was in my garage having a smoke and I heard a strange buzzing noise coming from the back end of my TRD OR. Can't tell if it was the fuel pump or a solenoid for the diff lock.
The truck had been parked for several hours.
Has anyone else heard of this?

    Thanks guys.
Both my Scout and my Subaru SVX are too old to have those kind of
fancy shmancy things. I won't even mention my 68' bug.:D
This Tacoma is my first ever NEW vehicle.

My first car was a '58 beetle - 36HP and non-syncro in first - called the "split-case" transmission. I think I made it all the way to 65 once going downhill.

I got my 68 from my parents not long ago.
It's been in the family since new.
    It's an auto-stick.
