So something funky happened today while driving. (To note I have a the 4.0 DBSB w/ Manual tranny)

Anyways, as I was driving up a slight grade (maybe 2% if even) at 40-50ish mph in 5th (engine was not struggling), the truck suddenly lost power as if my clutch fully let go (the engine didn't rev up at all though) or as if the engine just stopped receiving any fuel for about 2 seconds and then it came back. A few minutes later it happened again and then for the rest of the trip the everything was all fine.

Has this ever happened to any of you?

Did you have low fuel? Sometimes if you have low fuel and you can go uphill or around a turn too tight that can happen. Or at least that's what I have heard lol

I have had this happen a couple time in my 4 cyl manual 2007 also. I have always attributed to bad winter gas. It happened first when I was trying different brands one time. I added a jug of Chevron Techtroline ,and filled up with some Sunoco 93 from my regular station and it didn't happen again. Just last week it happened again, I wouldn't say for a couple seconds, but enough to say it
did something not right. I added some Techtron again, a can of dry gas and filled it up again with Sunoco 93,and it's been fine. I have found my truck is particular about what fuel it likes. With larger tires, and about 600 to 800 pounds of equipment and only that 4 cyl. engine, I can notice that is runs much better on 93 octane. My 2010 V -6 doesn't seem to make much difference.

No, actually the tank was full. Filled it up the day before and had driven ~40 miles since.

Ah ok... Maybe a fuel pump issue?

I don't know. I guess I'll see if it happens again. Could just be crappy gas maybe... Hasn't happened again yet. Just hoping it was a random one time issue since I have 500 mile drive back home this weekend.
