Any advise would be appreciated. When I apply gas from a dead stop I have a slight hesitation like a a miss fire or tranny issue, but when I replaced the plugs it went away for a few days . Now its back I live at 7500 ft and when I go down to 3000 it is much worse and seems to miss even when accelerating over 50mph. Any ideas?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
What plugs did you use to replace the old with? Were they dual ground electrodes?

Try cleaning the throttle body and MAF.

mine does the samething. It's not always there and to be honest with you I haven't paid that close of attention to it. But my truck has had all the maintenance done and have replaced the plugs twice with the OEM's. Could be normal for our truck?

It could be that your Trottle Position Sensor is bad or dirty. It could also be Mass Airflow Sensor is bad or dirty. Having a computer check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).

    Hope this helps.

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
Let's see, before we go replacing expensive stuff. You replaced the plugs, but not the wires? Replace the wires.

If it's running rich, that would explain why it's getting worse as you get closer to sea level.... hmmm
