Strange noise from back tire

While driving lately I've heard an increased chirping sound. It only happens while I'm accelerating and it seems to be coming from my back right tire? This is a complete guess because it's hard to pin point the origin while in driving. Along with the chirping noise, I also experience a lot of vibration right around 30 mph. And both the vibration and sound increase as I go faster.. Could it be that I need to balance my tires? Or am I way off? Never had this issue before. Thanks!

 

When was the last time you checked your universal joints ?
The proper and only way to test for bad universal joints is with the driveshaft removed . You cant tell if the universal joints are seized or tight spots with the driveshaft on the truck . You may see play in the universal joints , but you wont be able to properly check the u-joints without removing the driveshaft .
