This happens intermittently when I'm at a signal, with constant brake pressure not during active stopping. It almost feels like the ABS is pulsing.

I'm hesistant to take it to the dealer since it's so intermittent they're likely not going to be able to replicate the problem. It's brand new truck with only 2500 miles.

    Anyone?

sounds like a air strut leak? my 4-runner has a break boost that does that. not sure with tacoma. ive never had similar experiences with it.

Can't be the rotors as in warped rotors. This is when I'm already stopped, not with braking to slow down.

    whipper,

If its the vacuum pump, shouldn't it do it consistently? Does your truck pulse when stopped?
