I have a 2014 TRD off-road DC. Anyway, when I'm sitting in the driver's seat, there is something (spring?) sticking out of the seat back. I'm afraid it might poke a hole in the material after a while and it just doesn't feel quite right. Has anyone else noticed this? I think the passenger seat has the same issue although not as bad. It is not a huge deal, but if this is not normal I want to get it fixed under warranty.

    Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a warranty issue. Seems simple to me.

Sit down on all the seats. Take note of what you find.

Then go to directly to your dealer. Show him the problem.

This is a type of thing should have been caught by QC.

Let your dealer know right away you want this corrected, and your
    concern.

Let no one else sit inside your ride until corrected.

Definitely doesn't sound normal. Take it to the dealer and have them check it out or replaced under warranty. Don't think there are any springs in the actual seat back though; you sure your lumbar support isn't just cranked all the way up?
