Strange Vibrations while speeding

I had my Tacoma TRD sport 2017 over 3 years, however, when I start to drive, at the moment I speed up to 20-30 miles, it starts to vibrate from the back which I believe from the rear or from the front, but after 30 miles towards it stops the vibration. Some of the internet says it has to be the malfunction of the transmission, but the shift gears changes very well, with no delay, or also they said it has to be with the driveshaft, I did the change and the vibration still remains. Any idea why that happened?
