I'll be honest..I'm a n00b when it comes to linux..

Like the title says, I want to stream music / video from my linux desktop to my 360. This isn't plug & play, so I've been trying to figure out a way to make this work..

A google search brought me to these 2 options:

    first
    second

The second seems easier to do... but before I try either of these I wanted to see if there are any other options...any suggestions / advice?

I went the uShare route. Got it working, but my Xbox won't stream a video without it having to pause and re-load every 5 minutes. Apparently my network sucks =/

Sooo, I think I'm just going to get an external HD.

    Anyways... how bout them raiders?

    /end thread.
