Been wanting a stubby antenna, so started to search ebay and found this one for $18.99 shipped, shipping was fast and had it in three days. Install was easy unscrew and find the matching insert and screw back together. This antenna is all aluminum with some carbon fiber wrap, they make them in a couple different colors and black comes in shiny black and matte. Did a reception test from home to St. Augustine about 22 miles reception was good but did seem to drop on around 35 miles out, overall I'm happy and just need to add a black washer to fill in the gap.
