Hey everyone. Last night I was trying to remove the D-Rings in my bed to install the Charvonia rings and stripped one of the bolts. I was able to get the bolt removed but I want to replace it when I install the new D-Rings. My truck is a little over a year old and the bolts were starting to show rust.

I've found part 66310-04010 which appears to be the d-ring and bolt, does anyone know for sure? I obviously don't need the d-ring and I'd like to get a replacement bolt only if possible.

As for trying to prevent the new bolts from rusting, what would be recommended? Primer and painting the bolt head? Marine grease?

Can't you just go to Lowes and buy a stainless steel replacement bolt?

doesn't it still go into a spring-steel c-clip? means stainless will only work for the bolt, the clip will still rust.
