What is the most costly bolt, screw, threads you've ever stripped out? Anything substantial?

one of the exhaust bolts was stripped on from factory. my impact sheared it off in the welded nut. $25 for midas to drill it out and put in a new bolt.

Had a dumb ass strip out a light bulb socket one time. I didn't even think that was possible. I charged the company $255 to fix it.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, It was the beacon light on top of a 320ft cell tower.
