I think i might just need to get one ordered ASAP so i can start the 4 week wait time. And i need to find a good deal on a shell like you did cause i would like to get one. How much did paint run you?

 

I haven't gotten it back yet, should be this week. He told me around a couple hundred-ish. I know he said the MGM paint is 65$/pint which is just outrageous haha.

Yeah so depending on who you get it may be pricey. He told me he would usually use 2 pints on a shell, but to save some money he decided to do a cheaper gray color as the first pint/coat and then use the MGM on the second pint/coat. I'm guessing it will be about 300$ honestly. I've seen quotes on different threads here ranging from 200-500$ for a shell to be painted.

Swaybar removal can bring in possible liabilities if you are required to perform an emergency maneuver. That being said.

My swaybar came off when I got my Icon coil overs with 650lb springs. They were preloaded right at 2 inches, so your mileage may vary. Truck rode ok with full skids and sliders. If you like to late break into turns, you will feel the difference.

When StrongHammer rode in my truck, I just added a Demello 3 hoop bumper, no changes to springs or preload. Way to much body roll. I would not recommend driving like this.

Replaced the Icon 650# with 700#, removed preload on springs. Rides great. You can still tell there is no swaybar on long entrance/exit ramps, but not bad.

Well, I'm assuming it's the rear. Today's package says 34lbs and the other is 72lbs.
