Well I got my ubolt flip plate modified and fit to work. Now there is plenty of room between the plate and the shocks.

Subed! After a few years when I've run out of other things to buy I want the exact set of King's CO you have. Nice looking truck!

No bump stops as of now...gotta decide on that. Aren't they more crucial if I do a heavy up travel? I feel like with slow riding around here in Alabama bumps tops aren't super important...

Sounds reasonable. I'm still learning all this really.

I do think some King bumps would feel right at home in there :spy:

I use my bump stops all the time when I overload my payload capacity. Of course you short beds don't have that problem since you know you can't fit anything back there.

The key purpose of stops are to keep you from going negative arch and possibly inverting a spring.

Hm. Good to know, thanks for the insight Brian. I really don't and haven't loaded the bed down before, so I'm not gonna rush to get them...but I will be looking.

Yeah we basically just cut the entire top portion off of it. It's really similar to the AllPro plate now.

Will the bump stop hit that middle bolt now? Probably a dumb question :anonymous:

Depends. I believe if you get the style that mounts on the plate, it will actually use that bolt for mounting. If I get the King's which mounts on the frame above, I believe it is offset from that bolt...don't hold me to that though.
