    There's no noise associated with mine at least. The issue is the hood looks like it's gonna fly open at 70mph

    Ah ok I would bet money your hood scoop adds to the turbulence which likely throws your hood around like mine does.

    So does the alternate snorkel, 4" hole into the bulkhead under the windshield, count?
