I have a 2012 TRD four-wheel-drive that Im putting Bilstein 5100 struts with the OME 885 coil springs on. My question is, does anyone have a drawing of how the bushings, washers, and dustcover are assembled putting a new strut together? In other words how do the components stacked together on the new strut rod?

I've spent about three hours on the Internet researching this question and have not found the answer. I plan on calling Bilstein or KYB tomorrow to see if they can direct me to the proper installing order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must not have search the threads much. I find that I got more help by searching the forum more than the generic Internet and at least try to show you looked by reference some other threads before starting a new thread to ask a question. You will get more help if you search these threads first.

Thank you, 08tacobear, for providing the asked for information. My sincerest apology for my lack of Tacoma World etiquette. I'm a 70 year old fart who has a difficult time with computers and hesitated to even ask a question seeing the way some people respond to repeated questions.

I'll do a better job in the future to do my homework...Thanks again

WELCOME TO THE Group! didn't mean to call you out. It is just that there are a few in here that can get a bit snarky adm nasty with people like us looking for answers and understanding. But looks like you also made that observation and were hesitant as I was initially. I just tell them to have a nice day.
