First problem, loosen uca and pcs, Mark align cams. Strut will go right in. Stripped bolt, heat it, then a nice sharp chisel in the direction it will loosen or weld a nut on top

I just went to home depot and bought a propane torch and a chisel. I'm just gonna try to burn it off and chisel it out.

I know these things suck but hope you get it. Try chisel first without heat.

Use your dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut a vertical slot in the nut and then smack it with something like a punch and a hammer to rotate it. This will allow it to break free. Also 50/50 acetone/atf mixture instead of PB blaster.

Well I tried to torch it and hit it with the chisel but it's so dark out I can't see anything so I'm going to try again in the morning. Plus when I torched it i was cooking a wire or some kind of line located behind that strut bolt pretty good and I don't know what's inside. Thought it might be some kind of ABS sensor wire. Also do you guys think that heating up that nut will damage the bolt in any way? Especially when I start hitting it with the chisel?

Update guys, I got that nut off the bolt after several more applications of pb Blaster and a torch. Just stick a socket wrench on tbere and finally broke it free cause i think the socket also had a few jagged edges from hitting it with the chisel for it to grab a hold of. Used the same thing for some other rusted nuts and bolts for the rest of the project and got it all installed. I forgot to take a before picture but once it's daylight tomorrow I'll post a pic of it now. Thanks for all the help guys.
