Cons: Serious case of turbo lag. more piping then usual (inlet piping and intercooler piping). air filter prone to debris and water splash, have to protect it. Not the most efficient setup.

Pros: keeps the clutter away from the engine bay. it's boosted... yay.

I've seen it on a few Corvettes, GTOs, etc.... Kinda cool but then again not a efficient setup.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Not a lot of turbo lag as the turbo is pretty small. The oil sump pump design has been known to not work very well. To do it right, I think you at least need to use an oil-less turbo. Also should consider a new fuel pump and probably bigger injectors. A proper tuner is a must IMO.

Honestly, unless you do it right and spend the $$$, the TRD SC is a much better option and cheaper to boot.

They use very cheap materials. I would avoid them, if you are dead set on a rear mount turbo set up do it yourself, or find a competent fabricator near you.

I heard that someone else/ another company bought out STS, and their kits & materials have gotten better. I think that was from Eric at Kozmic????? Either way, that would be something to look into.

Depending on the brands of the components you receive, I would definitely consider a new Tilton oil pump.

Honestly, I don't feel like writing out as much as necessary to describe my personal experience with them and then all of the work necessary to get it "right".

If you do get it, then make sure you have check valves for the feed and return lines. A custom fabricator would also have to properly understand those principles as well.
