Stuck Brake Lights

    My Tacoma is a base 5 spend manual trans. I've had to remove the 10amp fuse! There seems to be a whistling sound that fluctuates as I depress the brake pedal!
    Suggestions?

    Which 10-amp fuse did you have to remove, and why did you have to remove it?

    Maybe you have a leak inside your power brake assist?

    The fuse box inside the cab dash. I removed it because the brake lights would still be lit!
