When the ABS senses pressure but no Electrical power from the brake light Switch, it turns on the warning lights on the dash. Somehow brake switch power is not getting everywhere it needs to go.

I would pull the center console and verify I'm getting voltage at the shift Lock solenoid. It could be defective.

It’s behind the break pedal, to take it out you twist it and it’ll pop out. to put It back in push in and twist. You can also adjust it that might be what yours needs it’s when you push your break down it releases the pin. You’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s Called a brake light switch. Around 20 Bucks at advanced auto. I had to replace mine. Same thing happened to me, wouldn’t go out of park. 3B6407B1-B2E6-4208-AF85-F3BD19762BDF.jpg

Ok so brake lights had been working and I hadn’t had no abs or traction control lights staying on. They would only come on for a little bit and than go away. But yesterday we took the truck for a little ride up the mountain. As we came down I noticed the lights not working. So I’m gonna attempt to mess with the brake light switch now and see if that does anything. Hopefully it is a faulty switch. If that don’t work I’m gonna take the leds out and put everything back to stock.

Alright guys I fixed it! You guys are gonna call me a dumb ass! I know I’m calling myself that! So when I installed my dtrl I had to unplug some of the harness under the dash. Well apparently I didn’t push the plug back in completely. I snapped it in and everything is working good as new!
