Stuck Oil Filter - 2011 4 cylinder, how do I get this thing out?

    I stopped buying oil filter wrenches that never seem to grip and just use vice grips and some strength

    I can’t tell you how many times with other cars I have stabbed a screwdriver through the filter and cranked it off. Oil everywhere but it works well.

    That must have been put on way to tight, purchase an oil filter cup they are pretty cheap.
