Stuck spark plug

    plug was frozen after tryiing to work it free it stripped out. now it is stuck in the head. does anyone know how to remove the tube that surronds the spark plug.

    valve cover is off. cant get a grip on the spark plug because of the cylindrical tube that is surrounding it. i need to know how that tube is installed/removed.

    It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
    Vice grips? Just dont let pieces fall into valvetrain
