I’m looking to find extended wheel studs to accommodate my aftermarket wheels. The stock studs are only given me a bite of maybe 2 threads which isn’t good at all.. I’ve called 4 wheel parts, they don’t carry Tacoma studs. I’ve called summit and they only have stock ones. Anybody else with this problem can tell me where they got longer studs?

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
I used longer studs from an old Lexus is300 I got from summit. Only came in a pack of 5, have to order an extra pack

They look like it. It was about 6 years ago when I installed them. Make sure the knurl diameter is the same as a taco stud and it will fit. I still have the box in my old toolbox but it’s in storage on the other side of the city, but they look like them.

    You could try Jegs too or even Amazon. The stock size is;
    M12-1.50 Serrated Wheel Stud - 14.20mm Knurl, 40mm Length

Figure out the length you need and search by the size you need rather than looking for toyota tacoma studs.

The knurl diameter for the Tacoma is .559 and these are .558, it shouldn’t make that much difference being off 1,000 of an inch you think?

I used extended thread lug nuts, it’s much easier than swapping all your studs

If I remember right, the camry lugs fit our trucks and are quite a bit longer.

    This is the easier solution.

Don’t think it would. When I put mine in I had to press them in, it’s not like they fell right in and spun freely, if you are feeling really paranoid about that 1000th of an inch you can always tack weld the back of the stud to the hub.

Unless the OP has wheels that won’t allow for a shanked lug nut to be used.

Those Lexus studs will take care of that issue. That’s just asking to rip threads off the studs.

You think I would be safe with these rather than longer studs ?

    That pic is so misleading.

One is a lug-centric lug nut, and the other is a hub-centric lug nut.

    Two different animals.

Looks like OP is using lug-centric lug nuts on a possible hub-centric wheel?

Also you might only find them in spline nut configuration. In that case you'll need a spline nut socket to put on and take off wheel lug nuts.
I ordered a spline nut socket off Amazon for around $6.
