    Edit: Nevermind. It looks like manual Hubs wont work with ADD.

    Try you local Fastenal, as they have their own shipping carrier. I shipped a Cummins diesel automatic transmission on a pallet clear to Georgia from Oregon for around $125.

    Your bumper will weigh a lot less, so it might be economical to ship it through them.
