New here. I have found the scosche dash kit necessary to install a double-din, but what all is needed to keep the stock aux port and the steering wheel controls? Also, I read somewhere that you can't use flip-down screens with the dash kit, is this true?

Go to Crutchfield. You'll find what you have to have, and what won't work.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
I dont think there is a plug and play option to use the stock aux plug. You would have to splice some wires for that to work, crutchfield sells wiring harnesses for the steering wheel controls, they also include a free wiring harness to hook up the aftermarket headunit if you buy the headunit from them. I bought a double din with a motorized tilting screen, i think crutchfield said it may not work with the dash kit but it does.
