    I wound up here out of a tool curiosity, and I do own a 99. Been with the Yoda trucks since mid 1980's, and being in the rusty Wisconsin, I've owned more than a few.

    I'll toss up a pic of the '99 and use it as the avatar. Just found out a bit on the '89 2.4 that was new to me. Had a hard start cold and I had started down the rabbit hole with fuel supply. Noticed cranking voltage out of the Circuit Opening Relay blue wire to the pump was 8.5 Volts. Then read the injectors really like a higher cranking voltage than that. A new battery seems to have taken care of the problem. The old battery was only 3 years old and a Midtronics unit told me I had 500 cca. Oh well. Here is a pic of the '99 with the Wildernest popped up somewhere outside to Teton's Natl. Park.
    edit: Posting a pic is above my pay grade at the moment, and I need to get my stuff together to head out for a few days. Later...
