So long story short i have a 2012 Tacoma dblcab 4.0l trd off road on 285/75.16 cooper at3 with random rumble strip when letting off gas happens with/ or brakes being pressed. Notice it happens more when engine is warm and let it idle for a few minutes example: drive home from work 12 miles then pull up to garage turn off truck for sometime usually less then an hour i hop in it turn it on get distracted and say it idles for 5 minutes with A/c on everything is normal then take off and it happens sometimes more often then not.
Things ive tried to see if it stops the noise: out in nuetral, downshif to 4th, tap the break, turn off a/c nothing has made a difference.
And it also feels like im driving into a steady 40mph wind as well.
Maintenance ive done cleaned MAF sensor even replaced it, cleaned throttle body, changed spark plugs tested all coils, performed leak down rest, fuel pressure test, flushed trans and replaced filter. And probably forgot a few things.
Mods front end all new no play at all JBA UCA’s boss alumni 2.0 coils, 3” all pro leaf pack no sway bar, new u joints and semi new carrier. I have checked drove lone angles they seem good to me and alignment done last week Any advice thanks

edit: wheel bearing are fairly new in front, ecgs bushing installed.
    No Codes or Stored misfires

The t case flange and 3rd member flange should be parallel.

I am pretty certain they were within 1deg of being parallel but have to get new numbers since i installed the leaf pack to be certain

Nothing else recently new? You could remove the front driveline and drive. The put it back in, remove the rear and drive in 4wd see if that changes anything.

you could try swapping on a different set of wheels and tires.

you could check motor mounts or cab mounts.

I had what felt like driving over rumble strips sometimes. I only felt it when lightly accelerating, did not matter uphill or down. Ended up being torque converter shutter. Easy to fix. There is an additive for it. https://www.lubegard.com/products/isf/ I added two.

When I did the trans flush and fill I added this to help longer term also. https://www.lubegard.com/products/red/ You will need two as should add i ounce per quart of fluid.

@Willie B I haven't seen the first product. The second, oh ya. I only added one with a drain and fill. Well worth the money.
