    EDIT: My 1000th post!

Finally got around to finding a spare wheel to put my N-Fab spare tire and wheel carrier to use since I couldn't find a Konig Countersteer R to use because they are discontinued. Started life as a polished 16x8 Pro Comp 1069 Xtreme Alloy Series wheel that I bought used. Looked like this:

Sanded with 320 grit and began laying down the primer.

Next came a few coats of the bronze Dupli-Color High Performance Wheel Coating.

Lastly, a little wet sanding, a few coats of clear Dupli-Color High Performance Wheel Coating, and a BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO to tie it off.

Thanks Khiem! Thanks again for the hookup on the BHLM. I still have to post up some pics of them. Are you coming out to SCMD 10?

Steven how much mpg are you getting? Parents are making me getting rid of my DC 1st gen soon as I'm going to college and getting a 2nd gen 4 cylinder is one of the only cars they approve of me getting although I'm paying for it in full myself :(

According to my UltraGauge, just over 20 MPG. It's the combination of the bigger tires and almost no back pressure with my exhaust, haha. Before lift, I'm pretty sure I was getting well over 20 MPG. Really depends on how I drive. Is there a reason why your parents are making you get rid of your 1st gen? If you plan on lifting your 2nd gen 4 cylinder, you are probably going to get just as good gas mileage, if not better with your 1st gen. I'd say keep the 1st gen.

Thanks Matt! The wheel was the finishing touch. Just was a matter of finding one for cheap and painting it, haha.

Pic and small clip I took with my GoPro at SCMD 10. Didn't get around to messing with the GoPro until after everyone had left. My truck is so small compared to Amir's and Aaron's SWB trucks!

    Nice Job Steven!

Love thinking outside the box and creating your own matching spare! Looks great and the paint job matches real nice. You should've done the Bronze HeadLight Mod to match up the rest of the Bronze. That would've really set off the rest of the truck!

Bought these BHLM cheap from another member so I still have another stock set of lights. Debating it.

    Not that I know of.
