I wanna thank everyone for all the tips and suggestions! Y'all are the best!
I decided to go with the replacement LED bulbs from Runnin4Tacos. Mostly for cost. I didn't need the whole kit as my truck only has the dome/map lights. So the 3 bulbs - $40.00 (No shipping or tax) And hopefully, as their website says 'These are not the crap you get on ebay or Amazon' .. LOL!
Anyway, I ordered them yesterday, and got an email this morning saying they're in the mail now, so I'm liking that also.
I'll report when I get them installed...
Again thanks for all the quick and helpful re:'s ..:D

Update: So I got my new bulbs and installed them yesterday. Here's a pic of them. And this brand, compared to the 'Brand X' ones you can buy by the dozen for cheap. (I bought a whole bunch of the Brand X ones to replace the dash lights on various rigs..)
Then the map lights... Stock lights .. half n' half ... Then both with the new bulbs. The pics don't really do it justice, but the new bulbs are amazingly bright.
Then the dome light, before and after.
All in all I'm really happy with them! I'm guessing there are better options out there, but these were fairly cheap ($40.00) and still retain 'stock' parts.

Good deal! I was extremely impressed with mine when I installed them. Just bright enough to be extremely beneficial without being annoying

I think this fits the bill .. I wanted something bright enough, that if I dropped something on the floor, I could see it (Factory lights were not even close..) but didn't want like I was being abducted by aliens in their Tractor Beam .. LOL!

Definitely going to take a look at that. It would be cool to have dual color maps too, or maybe just do one red and one white. I hope they come in warm white, I can’t stand that bluish-white.

I see he makes two versions, dual color & dual brightness......hmmmmmm.

Wish the map lights could be dual color too.....or the option of mixing them.

Well, these bulbs ... To me, are bright-white. IDK how you'd determine if they're too blueish for you until you actually try them. (?)
They might be, IDK ... It's kinda' like LED bulbs you buy to put into a lamp in yer living room. Some are pure white and others have that faint blueish tint, so I know what you mean.
All in all, it doesn't bother me one way or the other .. Since the interior lighting on an SR is bare minimum, I just wanted something so when I drop shit on the floor, I can see it with what I have, by flipping the lights on for a minute.
All in all, I thought I could spend $90.00 on the super-duper MESO replacements, or I could try these out for $40.00 ...
But being as I'm a cheap-ass anyway, and a senior living on a fixed income, I went the 'cheap' route. I have no complaints ..;)

I totally understand your concerns making your choice, that’s somewhat in my head when I buy stuff.

My “too blue” would be cool white fluorescent bulbs versus “warm white”.
All times I’ve gone to mex or Central America it seems like everything is lit with those cool white bulbs, they make everything look cheap and ugly!

My neighbor has a bunch of cool white led lights in their brand need house, it makes it look so cheap and ghetto.
