Hello all. I’m wanting to replace the TSS sensor garnish on my aftermarket Pro grill. I have looked and I’m not able to find any instructions on how to replace it. I don’t even know if the grill would need to be removed in order to replace the sensor garnish, or if it can be changed without removing the grill. Thank you in advance for your help.

When you say replace.... do you mean you need to add one?
it would be easier to work on if the grille was off the truck. Its just a couple screws.
your factory one was behind the samurai emblem.
The pro grill garnish will be added at the bottom where there is a temporary panel or removable panel that is in its place.

    Hope this helps

What I’m wanting to do is replace the garnish that’s already on the grill because it’s looking faded and old. I want to buy a new one to replace the old one, so I’m not sure how easy it would be to do that without pulling the grill from the truck. Thank you.

Pulling the grille takes like three minutes. A wire retaining clip, two 10mm bolts, unplug the sensor and a gently tug.
