    some guy named satoshi was the 1st to do that grill. and i think it was on a 4-runner. and remember there are no stupid questions.

    Thank you for the history lesson.

    I just installed a similar grill on my Mini Coper and I love it! I just ordered one for my Taco - based on the pics, I think it looks better on a Taco.

    15% tinted back window, 25% on sides. Jardine catback exhaust system. horn modification, AFE pro dry S filter and secondary filter removed. All weather toyota tacoma mats.
    could this grill in theory help you in any way with your engine cooler?

    Doubtful. I haven't seen a dramatic difference with the Grillcraft mesh grill. If it were possible for you to take that mesh and squish it down, you'd probably find the same amount of surface area blocking the wind as the stock grill. Besides, the stock one's pieces are curved and so funnel the air through the opening anyway.
