Stupid things you might have said around gf's parents or wife's parents?

One evening I was with my girlfriend, her parents, her best friend, and some other dude. We were sitting there talking about how nurses have to deal with peoples bodies... My gf's friend was telling me about how she wanted to become a nurse, but she didn't want to deal with people who were in pain. Out of nowhere I blurt out saying, "Hayley, what happens if some guy had internal bleeding inside of his TESTICLES." "How do you know if he has internal bleeding?"

What the heck I said testicles in front of my gf's parents... After I said that word "testicles" everyone at the table were in silence giving me the stare down... I looked at my girlfriend with an embarrass look and started laughing hysterically. I meant to say intestines, not testicles... I am sure one could have internal bleeding inside of their testicles.

Anyone else?

 

I sneezed with a mouthful of chinese food while at dinner witnh my gf and her parents.
and her grandparents
And her aunts and uncles
And her cousins.

Not me saying something but embarassing nonetheless

 

I have done that too minus the mouthful of chines food... I think I sneezed with a mouthful of Thanksgiving food at dinner with family.

 

I learned never discuss the bible with my father in law. He was proceeding to tell his latest theory that from the bible he determined that man NEVER ate meat until after Noah's arc? Some further BS about man being guaranteed to live to 120 before they started eating meat ensued. He is always looking to be on the ground level of every new pyramid health scheme and this was strictly part of justifying in his mind how to help market it.

I asked why Cain's grain offering was not good but Abel meat offering was good?

He rationalized that meat was a good offering because god said so, but man didn't eat meat.

I then asked why would Abel be a shepard at all if meat wasn't consumed.

My wife said time for bed and that topic never came up again.

 

I was barely communicating with then-bf's parents in a language I was about half fluent in and I called his dad a madman (it was a mild joke in English, it is not remotely funny where he's from). And then I said his mother was old. Like, ancient old.

It was a banner night for me. Luckily they accepted, with grace, the fact that I was trying really hard to learn the language and did not remain offended.

 

My girlfriend and I were playing soccer with her cousins. My gf was kinda short, there was a high ball, she went to head it, I went to stick it, and I proceeded to kick her in the face.

Her father was VERY angry.

 

Yeah, if I was the father I would be pissed to. lol

 

should have said well at least it wasnt my penis again...

I told her dad that the dog he was holding made him look tough, "little poodle" and girlfriend says to me, "oh ya just a tough looking as your fluffy bed top"

Stupidest thing I ever did was talk about my girlfriend in front of my wife's parents.

 

Me and the girlfriend were in the car together, and she butt dialed her mom while I was telling a story of a friend who cusses non stop. So it was me cussing at the top of my lungs while her mom listened the whole time.

 

Was over at my wife's grandparents house one Sunday for lunch and we were all sitting outside. Grandma asked me if I would come inside and slice the ham so we could eat. Got accused of having sex with the grandma by my father-in-law lol. I heard him outside talking trash and I said "what i was cutting the ham"..........and he said oh is that what they're calling it now lol. gotta love the in-laws

i don't know if i can say anything stupid in front of my g/f's parents since their sense of humor is just as ridiculous as mine..they would just laugh at whatever and make jokes..
