Anybody going? I'm gonna be there the first weekend of it (August 2-5) and am trailering my Ninja up there and have an extra spot on the trailer if you're somewhere between Des Moines, IA and Sturgis. Yeah I know, I'm a pussy for trailering my bike to the rally but 10 hours with that thing screaming in my ear at 12,000 RPMs doesn't sound too fun. Plus I have stuff to haul back from my place in Rapid City.

I figured I've lived in Rapid City for about 2 years now and have never been to the rally, might as well go check it out. I'm sure I'll be scorned by the Harley riders out there for the Ninja (and it's a 250 at that )but should be fun none the less. 2 of my buddies are coming out with me and I have a lot of people that I know from school that live in Rapid, could probably hook people up with some housing accommodations if your living standards aren't too high.

We should try to have a TW meet up while we're out there if any other members are going and maybe go on a ride. Being "locals" we have our favorite routes through the black hills but I'm sure traffic on them during that week is nuts.
