Right, I had the 8" box sitting in the floor space behind my drivers seat.

    This is the current setup
JL Stealthbox with 10TW3-V4 sub and JL 500W amp

I had two of those JL 8’s in my 2012 taco dc and they did the job very well. Planning to do the same install in my current 15, just haven’t had the funds.

That looks super clean man! Wish they had a setup for a single 10” sub for the 2nd gen tacos. I guess the 2 wouldn’t be terrible but i dunno. Do u see or know any difference in going with the amped vs non amped version in the JL powerwedge ? Also did you sell the 8” microsub to get the stealth box ?

Thanks! Maybe I misread, but this is a 2nd gen with a single 10". It sounds amazing - crisp, clean, and can thump pretty good. Won't ever be like a pair of 12s of course but it's more than enough for me.

In my old 1st gen I did the non-amped 8" shallow JL sub & box. I jumped on the amped version for this truck so I didn't have to mount the amp separately & take up space.

Yeah I sold the powerwedge when I bought the Stealthbox.
