Lowered 3/4, debadged, led tails, projector headlights with hids, billet grill, blacked out windows, painted front and rear bumper and grill shell. Inside, 4 crappy 15's, suede wrapped headliner and door panel inserts, alpine double din, few painted pieces inside, and every led is either blue or white.
Yea, I do too but I got a buddy there that calls me whenever they have a damaged sheet which is usually just a corner that it got dropped on and the usually sell the sheet for $4, and that is a 4'x8' sheet.

SwingCase, driver side. PVC Bike rack. Aftermarket stereo.
These subs model out pretty well at 2 cubes tuned to 33hz. They will have fairly strong output, and be 4db louder than sealed down below 30hz. Its rare to find much music with output below this.

If you do a shared chamber ported box, you can get away with 1.6cubes each, for a total box size of 3.2cubes, tuned to 32-35hz. You will lose about 1-1.5db of output going with the smaller box, but you should still be around 3db louder than a sealed box at any point under 60hz.

A box with internal dimensions of 30 x 16 x 12.5, with a 5" round PVC port about 12 1/8" long should be about as compact as you can get. That also should give you enough space to run a brace in the middle of the subs. A single brace, made like a window frame (imagine the lines are connected - [+]) would be ideal, if you didnt do the port in the middle.

If it were me though, I would do the port in the middle, on the same plane as the subs. The simply a similar brace on one side or the other. Its not like those subs weigh so much that a well constructed 3/4" MDF box wont hold them...
