    Hello all,

I would like to get a sub woofer for truck and would like some advice. I have a 2014 double cab sport. I have the entune with navi non-JBL.

I do not want to get a box behind the seat because my truck is a lease and I just don't wanna invest the money into it. But I want something for a little more bass.

Any thoughts on these two? Or suggestions of your own?

Don't get either depending on where you want to put your box look at a ported box with an RE audio 12" sub had one before I rolled my last truck you run that sub with a 500.1 watt amp and that sub will hit hard as hell

I was planning on under one of the front seats.
I'm open to putting the sub anywhere tho.

Under the seat box will cost more for you then behind the back seat found a couple boxes custom made with subs for 350 without amp

Sorry to OP , not meaning to thread jack just curious
How hard was this to install? I'm no car audio guru, but looking to improve the sound in my 08 DCSB. Also what would you recommend for replacing the speakers in the doors front/back? Thanks!

That Kenwood self contained sub Doctorstrobe posted looks like it would fit the bill if space is limited and you don't want to shake the truck apart.

Lots of people have used this, including me, and it does exactly what you asked - a little more bass. I missed the part where you asked how to fit two twelves behind the seat. Full disclosure - I had an older model of this and it went out at about 20 months. Crutchfield sent me a brand new unit, newer model, for free. Great CS.

One other thing I should include is I listen to a lot of metal so the bass is usually pretty fast.
Is a set up like this going to be able to keep up with those fast bass hits?
