Been meaning to ask, does this tuck the crossover up above the crossmember? If I can knock out the exhaust reroute with this it'll be that much easier to throw money at it...

It is above the crossmember. I cannot promise fitment with all skids. But with some creativity I have no doubt it will work with most!

Alright guys. So here is where we are at. I still need to build the Jig. But either way. I do have pricing figured out for the most part. I will try to keep this pricing a thing for as long as possible. But it is subject to change.

Some key things I want to hit on.
-Factory style flange gaskets. No 2 bolt crap that is likely going to leak.
-ALL back purged. This will last the life of your vehicle.
-Mid pipe available in 2.5 or 3”. Again, connects with a factory style gasket. 0 cutting.
-Ability to mate with any aftermarket “cat back”
-Ability to create your own system
-easily swap to factory Y as necessary
-V-banded Left cross over this aids in
    1. Ability to break it down for savings on shipping
    2. Ability to drop trans pan should you need.
    3. Easy driveshaft service.

The options are truly endless with this piece. It is not some cookie cutter piece that is mass produced with the cheapest available materials. All American materials, hand built in America. With pride.

A 50% deposit will be required for every purchase. If for some reason you back out, you may sell your spot. That is between you and the other guy. I just need notice of the change.

These pieces take substantial time to build. But are worth the cost. And then some.

    Here we go.
Y-pipe- 1250$ Includes gaskets, bungs, V-bands and clamps.

Mid pipe- 175$ in 2.5 or 3 Includes the pipe and gasket. Reuse your spring hardware.

Extra O2 bungs can be added- 30$ each.

If you feel I missed something let me know!

That is correct. Expect 3rds to be in the same range. However the midpipe will likely be more as it will be a longer run.

Are your flanges compatible with the URD header style flanges/gaskets?

Best pic I could find of them.

Absolutely! Will work with any factory manifold or aftermarket header that a factory Y will bolt to.

Does anyone know if the V8 4Runners use the same y-pipe as the V6 (which I believe is the same part as the gen2 Tacoma)?

Any sound clips of this? An equal length y pipe should definitely produce a more “tuned” sound. Urd spec u system on 3rd gens sounded like the trd camry

I’m pumped with how mellow it is with the TRD exhaust.

Interestingly, and maybe it’s all in my head. But it seems to rev much quicker than before. Anxious to get some miles on this one with the auto!
