    Hello everyone.

I have a 2010 tacoma access cab. My new job pays very well but I commute between Montana and Nevada. So its time to pamper myself for the road a bit. I am in the beginning stages of building a sound system based on one of the android auto compatible double din head units that are on the market. I haven't decided, and I am trying to figure out my speakers and speaker amp and all that

Here is the question. I listen to mostly rock and metal, and after years of being pissed off at that stupid factory sub, I want the kick drums to sound and FEEL really good. But I also want my dog to have room back there, and I almost never have passengers.

Is there any real solid reason I should not just be greedy and have two tens stacked vertically behind my seat firing directly at my back?

I am on the list for the next molle panel group buy from the user on this forum docloco. I will be tearing out the whole useless rear interior and building a dog platform. My idea is to integrate the box into the platform with some kind of quick release. That way it will end up anchored solid, but I can still pull them out for hunting season and other trips where I need storage more than bass and so forth.

So if you can picture the area behind the drivers seat being two subs firing forward, and the behind the center console and passenger seat area being left available for the dog.

I would probably try to pull off something like this. Access Cab + Dog = Good Luck
